On Bizarro World, Batzarro was Gotham's least wanted hero, so the criminals tried their hardest to defeat him. Eventually, his worst friend, Superman, returned and gave him the chance to escape.

Batzarro was dropped off in Gotham where he battled Batman many times. His intellect eventually increased to that of a semi-normal human, believing Bizarro to be beneath him.
