Russian Spy[]
Natalia was born into the Russian Mob Family, the Romanovas. She was trained by her uncle how to be an assassin. By the age of six she had killed her first henchman. Since her father was never around, her uncle practically raised her and they had a strong bond.
Family Business[]
Natalia's father returned from prison and killed her uncle. She ran away from home and became an assassin for hire. She was hired to kill her own father and she did it mercilessly.
Solo Act[]
Natalia was flown to America to continue her assassin work. she changed her name to Natasha Romanoff to avoid all connections to the Romanova family. she was once hired to kill Nick Fury but she was unsuccessful.
Joining S.H.I.E.L.D.[]
Nick ordered Agent Barton to kill Natasha, but he offered her a chance to join S.H.I.E.L.D. and redeem herself, which she accepted. She and Barton were assigned as partners and they eventually formed a relationship.
Avengers[]
When Loki planned on attacking Earth, both Natasha and Clint were placed on the Avengers. Natasha got along with Bruce Banner quite well, but the Hulk found her irritating. During the final battle when Loki was about to stab Thor in the neck, Widow managed to get up and shoot Loki in the head, although it didn't kill him, it gave Thor an opportunity to defeat Loki.
