Darkhawk was a member of the group calling themselves the Evolution. He led them against Friends of Humanity, the mutant hating group. Though none of them were mutants, they killed mutant haters. He himself assassinated Robert Kelly. Every time he somehow managed to escape capture.
Outcasts[]
When Darkhawk was placed on the Outcasts he wanted to be leader, but he knew he was no match for Hyperion. He became (as close as you can get to) friends with the Silver Surfer.
